She graduated with B.A (Myanmar) from Mandalay Arts and Science University and finished her R.L (1975, Yangon Arts and Science University). She joined public service in 1979 and served as a Law Officer (Public Prosecutor) at the different levels of Law Offices, conducted numerous criminal cases and tendered legal advice to the government departments on behalf of the Government of Myanmar. She worked at Legislative Drafting and Translation Department of the Office of the Union Attorney General for twelve years since 1999 and drafted various laws and regulations of Myanmar until her retirement in 2010 as a Deputy Director of the same department. After her retirement, she served as a Legal Expert to the Office of the Union Attorney General for one year and worked as an independent Legal Consultant for various government departments and organizations, such as Myanmar Medical Council, Myanmar Dental Council, Myanmar Nurses and Midwives Council, Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department and Global Treasure Bank. She was a member of Legal Affairs and Special Cases Assessment Commission, Pyithu Hluttaw (from Nov 2011 to Jan 2016) and a member of Legal Affairs and Special Cases Assessment Commission, Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (from Feb 2016 to Feb 2019). Former Law Officer of the Attorney General's Office, Myanmar Aye Lwin is a Litigation Partner of Myanmar Legal Advisors Group. He
graduated with LL.B from the University of Yangon in 1987. He served as a
government law officer for more than (15) years and successfully
handled numerous general civil and criminal proceedings. He is
experienced in divorce and ancillary matrimonial cases as well as in
adoption and probate matters and also in criminal proceedings where he
handled diverse matters from criminal breach of trust to charges of
misuse of drugs and murder offenses.
He deals with business agreements and contract managements. In addition to the usual sale and purchase of properties, he handles disputes between vendors and purchasers, strata title disputes, landlord and tenant claims, trespass, nuisance and easements and disputes in respect of the development of residential or commercial property.
